The Brief
This project was to showcase the new Atmos AG 65 pack and our brand ambassador Jason Fox, pushing the new pack to it's limits in a wide variety of conditions. The target audience was the weekend hiker who will spend a weekend in any condition enjoying the great outdoors. North Wales was the location we chose to shoot in as it is home to many beautiful areas but more importantly, a familiar territory for many of our outdoor community. Ideal for establishing a more authentic message. The team was comprised of myself, Markus Brown - Director, Aslan Steel - Cinematographer and James Walls - Brand Marketing Manager.
My role and the end product
My key role here was a second camera operator and Digital Designer in post production. I captured behind the scenes content that I then edited for Instagram and Tik Tok content as well as our e-comms. The final campaign video performed with 86,000 views and 1,848 likes whilst the BTS content garnered a massive 146,000 views and 3,000 likes. A massive 630% increase in performance over our usual content. The BTS content is still the highest performing asset Osprey has published. This is primarily down to how authentic the content was whilst adhering to the current trend of shorter, fast paced media that targets both our current follower age range and the newer, younger audience.
